EMMANUEL K. YUH, P.E.

Mr. Yuh, the President, is responsible for the day to day operations of the corporation; he has administrative oversight of three corporate divisions (Facilities, Engineering and Construction).

Principal in charge of staffing and production in the engineering division. Responsible to coordinate quality control activities within the Engineering Division with the Corporate Quality Control Officer. Hands-on review of all projects in the corporation. Responsible for forecasting division budget, staff assignment needs as well as preparing proposal to respond to request for Proposals as needed.

Mr. Yuh also acts as Construction Quality Control Director for various projects designed under his responsible charge.

During his tenure at KEY, Mr. Yuh has been Project Manager and Construction Quality Control Manager for such projects as:
Firestation 24 demolition and reconstruction at H-JAIA ($6M) 360days contract during which KEY was a Joint venture partner General Contractor for the project. Old Mercury Air Cargo Demolition at H-JAIA ($357k) 90 days contract; DOA Concessions office remodel 06 at H-JAIA ($450k) 90 days contract.

GARY H. LOTT, P.E.

Mr. Lott, the Vice President - Operations, is responsible for the corporate operations with a focus on the aviation electrical work.  He is the Branch Manager of the KEY Columbia, South Carolina office. 

He has extensive experience in all phases of design, construction services and project management of airfield systems and electrical systems. He has performed project management, pre-design phase services, design phase services and construction phase services for runway edge lighting systems, runway centerline lighting systems, touchdown zone lighting systems, taxiway edge lighting systems, taxiway centerline lighting systems, airfield guidance signs, elevated runway guard lighting systems, in-pavement runway guard lighting systems, apron floodlighting systems, airfield lighting computer control systems, airfield lighting control systems, airfield lighting vault equipment, airfield lighting vault distribution equipment, airfield lighting vault generator systems, NAVAID systems (beacons, wind cones, AWOS, PAPI, ODAL, SSALR, MALSF, MALSR, ALSF, ILS with localizer and glide slope antenna), roadway lighting systems, high mast lighting systems, roadway sign systems, parking lot lighting systems, electrical distribution systems, and emergency generator systems. MATTHEW J. SMITH, P.E.

Matthew brings over 17 years of design experience of electrical systems ranging from utility distribution design to building electrical design of government, roadway, high tech, waste water, multi family and office facilities.

Matt has been assigned projects from the time of award and has been responsible for the entire development and coordination of the electrical design with the client and other disciplines from start to finish.

He is responsible for project planning, budgeting, surveying of existing conditions, and preparation of construction drawing and specifications

RON SHEPPARD

Mr. Sheppard brings over 34 years of experience in the consulting field in airfield lighting systems and roadway lighting systems.  The airfield systems include taxiway lighting, runway lighting, touchdown zone lighting, runway centerline lighting, runway guard lights, taxiway centerline lighting, sign systems, NAVAIDS, airfield lighting control systems, airfield lighting vault distribution systems, and airfield lighting vault equipment.  The roadway lighting systems include high mast lighting, light standards, bridge lighting, underpass lighting, pedestrian lighting, navigation lighting, and field lighting distribution systems.

He is responsible for project electrical designs, technical specifications, cost estimating, construction services including shop drawing review and responding to request for information, and project coordination.

Mosunmola is a dynamic and motivated young professional with an aptitude for quality improvements and strategic problem solving. Key solutions include optimization of resources, critical analysis of design specifications, strict adherence to codes and regulatory requirements .and coordination with staff and managers to complete projects on time and within budget.

Miss Solebo Projects include – Design and analysis for the installation of new Vapor Recovery Unit on Chevron oil and gas facility. Design and Specification of Shell Early production facility for initial development oil well in Nigeria.
